Why I Started Tutoring
I discovered my passion for teaching during my own challenging academic journey. In high school, I struggled with math until a dedicated tutor showed me that understanding beats memorization every time. That experience changed everything for me—not just my grades, but my entire approach to learning.
After earning my 5-distinctions in Buhlebuzile High School, I spent years in traditional classrooms. But I realized I could make the biggest impact through one-on-one tutoring, where I could truly tailor my approach to each student's needs.
Over the past decade, I've worked with students from diverse backgrounds and learning styles. Some need help catching up, others want to get ahead. Some are visual learners, others learn by doing. What they all have in common is the potential to excel when given the right support and encouragement.
My mission is simple: help every student discover that "aha!" moment when a difficult concept finally clicks. Those moments are why I love what I do.
